Payment Options
We accept debit, credit and check cards for payments.

ACH/Pay by Bank
This option allows you to pay by bank each month. Monthly bills may be drafted from either a checking or savings account. You may request the withdrawal be made on either the 5th or 15th of the month.

First Western Bank
First Western Bank in any of the Northern Hills will take your payment. By choosing this option, you need to remember they are a COLLECTION POINT only. Your payment is NOT automatically posted to your account. It will be two to three business days for the payment to reach our office
Credit Card
As with ACH, your credit card will be charged each month automatically. The charge is done the 10th of each month.

Levelized Billing
Levelized billing is offered to consumers wishing to pay the same amount each month, thus enabling you to budget much easier. With the levelized billing option the program will calculate a 12-month average each billing cycle and may fluctuate slightly, but not over $5.00 increments. You must have 6 months of billing history to qualify for levelized billing.
